Pure as snow

The first snowflakes started to fall a few days ago. So it wasn't totally unexpected when yesterday it snowed all through the night. But it will probably all melt away soon.
Well, no weekend for me this week. I'll be working long hours in the tv-studio the next days, but I am really looking forward to it! Next week, I'm definitly making sure to take time to go around and take lots of photos. Miss having a whole day off to just photograph!

Found this "traffic sign" at the entrance of an apartment building. If I lived there, it would without a doubt, put me in a good mood each time I came home

Just the two of us

I prefer to take pictures of people when they don't know it or when they least expect it. I often think that these photos turn out the best. The couple in the photos, are my sister and her boyfriend. I let them walk in front of me for a bit and then captured them on film without them knowing, to get that special moment.
Then gave the pictures an old romantic feel with the help of photoshop.

Golden tones

There seems to be no end to these everlasting colours of autumn. Something I'm very glad for!
Wishing you all a great weekend!

Aujourd'hui tout est noir et blanc

Collection of black and whites from Oslo and Copenhagen.

Secret hide-away

It's nice to get away from the stress of everyday life sometimes and just be alone in calm and quiet places and photograph. The colours in the nature just keep changing so quickly and now the leaves are falling off the trees. Have to enjoy these wonderful warm colours as much as possible before they'll be gone.

5 p.m.

My favourite time of the day to photograph is five in the afternoon. The lighting then, is just magnificent. And I love to play around with shadows and light in most of my photos and this is without a doubt, the best time to capture the way they affect the targets in my photos. I've been told that the red berries on the trees are a sign that there will be lots of snow this winter! Not being the biggest fan of too much snow and cold, I hope this is wrong :)

On the road to Monaco

A collection of what I saw on the road from Nice to Monaco. I really recommend stopping by the wonderful town of Eze on the way. It's without a doubt one of my favourite places!
The three last photos are from Monte Carlo.

Bikers

I came across this lot of german bikers on the road to Monaco. And couldn't resist trying to capture their biker gear and tough-guy attitude on camera. But most of them kept laughing and smiling in the photos and didn't exactly show off the badboy image. Photographing people is definitly challenging, but I hope to learn more about it and experince more within this field in the future.
